Abstract

The study aimed to know the reality of the use of electronic payment methods in commercial banks through an applied study on the agency of the National Bank of Algeria in KSAR AlBukhari Palace. The study concluded thatelectronic payment methods facilitate transactions betweenindividuals as it ensures the reduction of cash circulation. However, the various types of bank cards have not received the expected success. This is reflectedin the reality of the small number of users of this card
