دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحقيق التنمية المحلية

Abstract

هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى إبداء دور الجمعيات في تحقيق التنمية المحلية بالأخص التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية،وأكدت على أهمية هذه المنظمات كعنصر أساسي في النسيج الإجتماعي لما تقدمه من أعمال تطوعية تساهم في التقدم والرقي ،رغم الإنتشار الواسع للجمعيات في الجزائر إلا أنها تواجه تحديات كضعف التمويل،نقص الكفاءة وقلة التنسيق،ولتجاوز هذه الصعوبات أوصت الدراسة بزيادة الوعي والتأكيد على الدور الجمعوي لمنظمات المجتمع المدني في التنمية الإجتماعية والاقتصادية،حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي،اخترنا عينة مكونة من 5 جمعيات في ولاية المدية،بتطبيق الإستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات،تمت هذه الدراسة خلال السنة الجامعية 2025،وقمنا باختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية وتم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية لبرنامج SPSS ، ولنتوصل في الأخير إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الجمعيات لها دور فعال في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية.

This study aims to highlight the role of associations in achieving local development, especially economic and social development. It emphasized the importance of these organizations as a fundamental element in the social fabric due to the voluntary work they provide that contributes to progress and advancement. Despite the widespread presence of associations in Algeria, they face challenges such as weak funding, lack of efficiency and lack of coordination. To overcome these difficulties, the study recommended raising awareness and emphasizing the collective role of civil society organizations in social and economic development. We relied on the descriptive approach. We selected a sample of 5 associations in the state of Medea, applying the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. This study was conducted during the academic year 2025. We selected the sample intentionally and used the statistical package for the SPSS program. In the end, we reached the conclusion that associations have an effective role in achieving social and economic development.
