الصفقات العمومية هي آلية اساسية لتنفيذ برامج و مشاريع الدولة، ولذلك تحظى بأهمية بالغة في ضمان حسن سير العمل الحكومي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، إلا أن هذه الصفقات قد تشكل بيئة خصبة لإنتشار الفساد مما يهدد المال العام ويعيق تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة . لتأتي الرقمنة كأداة ثورية لمكافحة الفساد وتعزيز مبدأ الشفافية في مجال الصفقات العمومية وذلك من خلال تبسيط الإجراءات ورفع كفاءة العمليات وضمان النزاهة و العدالة في التعاقدات وذلك عن طريق نشر جميع بيانات الصفقة العمومية على المنصات الإلكترونية الحكومية المفتوحة للجمهور مع توفير إمكانية الوصول إلى الوثائق والمستندات المتعلقة بالصفقة. Summary Public deals are a basic mechanism for implementing state programs and projects, and thereforethey are of great importance in ensuring the properfunctioning of governmentwork and achievingsustainabledevelopment. However, these deals mayconstitute a fertile environment for the spread of corruption, whichthreatens public money and hinders the achievement of the desired goals. Let digitization come as a revolutionarytool to combat corruption and enhance the principle of transparency in the field of public transactions by simplifyingprocedures, raising the efficiency of operations, and ensuringintegrity and justice in contracts, by publishing all public transaction data on governmentelectronicplatforms open to the public, whileprovidingaccess to documents related to the transaction. . Résumé Les accords publics constituent un mécanisme de base pour la mise en œuvre des programmes et des projets de l'?tat et sont donc d'une grande importance pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du travail gouvernemental et parvenir au développement durable.
