The current study, titled "Marital Adjustment and Its Relationship to Mental Health Among Working Women," aims to explore the correlation between marital adjustment scores and mental health scores among working women. The descriptive-correlational approach was adopted due to its suitability for the study's objectives. To collect data, two scales were used: the Marital Adjustment Scale (Heba Ali et al., 2021) and the Mental Health Scale by Sidney & Crawn (1996). The sample consisted of 70 married working women employed in educational institutions in Medea, selected through a stratified sampling method. The study's data were analyzed using the SPSS 23 statistical software to test the hypotheses.
The study concluded with the following results:
1. A strong positive and statistically significant correlation exists between marital adjustment scores and mental health among married working women.
2. Married working women have moderate levels of marital adjustment.
3. Married working women have low levels of mental health.
