| dc.description | لقد أولى المشرع الجزائري اهتماما بالغا لمسالة جنوح الأطفال على غرار التشريعات الأخرى ،حيث استحدث قانون خاص هدف من خلاله إلى تحديد القواعد والآليات القانونية و القضائية لحماية الطفل ، الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الوقوف على مدى تجسيد الآليات التي جاء بها المشرع الجزائري مع تسليط الضوء على حقوق الطفل الجانح في مراحل مباشرة الدعوى العمومية وكيفية تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية وكذا الضمانات المقدمة للطفل الجانح داخل المؤسسات العقابية و المراكز المتخصصة . ABSTRACT : The Algerian legislator has paid great attention to the issue of child delinquency, similar to other legislation, as it introduced a special law that aims to define the legal rules and mechanisms for protecting children. The aim of this study is to determine the extent to which the mechanisms that the Algerian legislator came up with are embodied while highlighting the rights of delinquent child in the stages of initiating a public lawsuit, as well as within penal institutions and specialized centers. RESUME : Le législateur algérien a accordé une grande attention à la question de la délinquance infantile, à l'instar d'autres législations, en introduisant une loi spéciale visant à définir les règles et mécanismes juridiques et judiciaires de protection des enfants. L'objectif de cette étude est d'en déterminer l'application des ces mécanismes tout en mettant en avant les droits de l'enfant délinquant lors des étapes d'introduction d'un procès public, ainsi qu'au sein des institutions pénales et des centres spécialisés. | |
