| dc.description.abstract | The intra prediction modes in VVC (Versatile Video Coding ), are techniques used for encoding video frames by predicting pixel values with in a block based on neighboring pixels. These prediction modes aim to reduce spatial redundancy in the video and improve compression efficiency.VVC supports various intra prediction modes, including planar, DC (ComposanteDirecte), angular, and CCLM (Cross-Component Linear Model ) modes. The choice of mode depends on the characteristics of the content being encoded, and the encoder determines the best mode for each block to achieve optimal compression performance. The main goal of this project is the implementation software and hardware on (FPGA) platform of the four intra prediction modes in VVC, implementation thise modes on Matlab and ISE show its good performance and the similarity of the obtained simulation codes. | fr |
