Abstract

الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ : " تمثلات أساتذة الجامعة لظاهرة العولمة الثقافية " إلى البحث في انعكاسات العولمة الثقافية على الهوية الثقافية للأستاذ الجامعي، حيث اعتبرنا أن العولمة الثقافية هي كل شكل ثقافي محمول على وسائل العولمة كالانترنت و وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي و الإعلام و السفر و المقتنيات يؤثر ايجابا أو سلبا على الثقافة و الهوية الثقافية و وضعنا مفهوم للتمثلات الاجتماعية وهي معارف مشتركة في جماعة ما تُكون في معتقداتهم و تتمظهر في آرائهم و سلوكياتهم مشكلةً ثقافة أو جزء منها. اخترنا عينة من أساتذة جامعة الجلفة لدراستنا، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي وجعلنا استمارة الاستبيان أداة لجمع البيانات. وقد خلصنا في نهاية دراستنا إلى أن هناك مقاومة ايجابية للعولمة الثقافية فالأساتذة في الجامعة الجزائرية لا يرفضون العولمة الثقافية تماما ولا يقبلونها كلها. بينما يُنظر إلى العولمة الثقافية على أن لها تأثير سلبي على الدين، هناك أيضًا اعتراف بفوائدها والحاجة إلى التكيف مع المشهد العالمي المتغير. وهذا يسلط الضوء على الطبيعة الديناميكية والتكيفية لأساتذة الجامعة الجزائرية وأهمية الموازنة بين المحافظة على الهوية الثقافية والحاجة إلى التقدم والانفتاح أكثر على العالم.

Summary: This study tagged with: "Representations of university professors of the phenomenon of cultural globalization" aims to research the repercussions of cultural globalization on the cultural identity of the university professor, as we considered that cultural globalization is every cultural form carried on the means of globalization such as the Internet, social media, media, travel and collectibles that positively or negatively affect culture and cultural identity, and we have developed a concept of social representations, which are common knowledge in a group that is in their beliefs and manifests itself in their opinions and behaviors. A problem of a culture or part of it. We chose a sample of Djelfa University professors for our study, and we relied in our study on the descriptive approach and made the questionnaire form a tool for data collection. At the end of our study, we concluded that there is positive resistance to cultural globalization, as professors at the Algerian University do not reject cultural globalization completely and do not accept all of it. While cultural globalization is seen as having a negative impact on religion, there is also recognition of its benefits and the need to adapt to the changing global landscape. This highlights the dynamic and adaptive nature of Algerian university professors and the importance of balancing the preservation of cultural identity with the need to progress and be more open to the world.
