واقع الاعتداء الجنسي ضد الأطفال في ولايات الوسط

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: إن ظاهرة الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال عرفت انتشارا واسعا في المجتمع الجزائري، وهذا ما يؤدي إلى ظهور خلل في النظام الاجتماعي، وفي الغالب ترجع الأسباب إلى غياب الرقابة الوالدية لأطفالهم، والثقة العمياء في الآخرين مما يجعل الطفل في موقف يسهل استغلاله والاعتداء عليه، كما أن للفضاء الذي يعيش فيه الطفل من العوامل التي تساهم في انتشار هذه الظاهرة. إن الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال من المواضيع التي يحيطها التكتم والخوف وثقافة عدم التبليغ لدى المجتمع الجزائري، وهذا ما يؤدي إلى عدم التوصل إلى الإحصاءات الحقيقية لانتشار هذه الظاهرة. Study summary: The phenomenon of sexual abuse of children has been widely known in Algerian society, and this leads to the emergence of a defect in the social system, and often the reasons are due to the absence of parental control for their children, and blind trust in others, which puts the child in a position that is easy to exploit and abuse. Where the child lives is one of the factors that contribute to the spread of this phenomenon. The sexual abuse of children is one of the topics that is surrounded by secrecy, fear, and the culture of non-reporting in Algerian society, and this leads to the lack of real statistics on the spread of this phenomenon.
