ضحايا جرائم التشهير والابتزاز عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي

Abstract

ملخص : تهدف دراستنا ضحايا التشهير والابتزاز في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الى التعرف على اسباب وقوع الطلبة كضحايا لجرائم التشهير والابتزاز . حيث تطرقنا في الجانب النظري الى ضحايا الجريمة الالكترونية من خلال التعريف والنشاة واركان الجريمة وخصائصها ، وضحايا التشهير والابتزاز الالكتروني من خلال التعريف والدافع والاركان اما في الجانب التطبيقي الى دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة في جامعة يحيى فارس بالمدية وقد اخترنا 31 عينة ، واستخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، تحقيقا لاهداف الدراسة قمنا باستخدام spss، لمعالجة الاستبيان . summary : Our study, victims of defamation and extortion on social networking sites, aims to identify the causes of students becoming victims of defamation and extortion crimes. In the theoretical aspect, we discussed victims of electronic crime through definition, origin, elements of crime and its characteristics, and victims of defamation and electronic extortion through definition, motive and elements. As for the applied side, it was a field study on a sample of students at Yahya Fares University in Medea, and we chose 31 samples, and we used the descriptive analytical approach in our study. To achieve the objectives of the study, we used spss to process the questionnaire.
