Abstract

The municipalityplays an important role in local development, becausethisstudyaims to highlightthis essential rolethroughexposure to the municipal budget and itsvariousresources, whetherexternal or internal, and thisresearchaims to highlighthighlight the obstacles thatprevent the achievement of local development. in the municipality, whether social, political, economic or organizational. or to the Department of Equipment and Investments, where municipal development plans play a major role in itsfinancing. As for the practicalside, and through a case study of the municipality of Sidi Noaman for the period: 2017-2020, itbecameclearthat the total income of the municipalityisconstantlyincreasingduringthisperiodWe have concludedthat the sources sourcescontributesignificantly to the financing of the municipal budget, whether in the management service on the one hand, the Solidarity and GuaranteeFund for Local Authorities, or in the Department of Equipment and Investments, where the municipal development plans play a major role in itsfinancing.
