بالنسبة للفصل تطرقنا فيه إلى تعريف الدعاوى القضائية العقارية وكذا شروطها و الدعاوى الواجب شهرها و أيضا تطرقنا إلى إيداع عريضة الدعوى القضائية العقارية لشهرها لدى المحافظة العقارية والآثار المترتبة على ذلك ، و الذي من خلاله توغلنا في صلب الموضوع، حيث تعرضنا إلى إيداع عريضة الدعوى القضائية العقارية لشهرها بالمحافظة العقارية و الآثار المترتبة على ذلك فتناولنا تعريف العريضة الافتتاحية و من خلال ذلك تم تحديد البيانات اللازمة الواجب إدراجها بالعريضة الافتتاحية و شروط قبولها ، ثم تطرقنا إلى الإجراءات العملية التي يقوم بها المدعي أو وكيليه أو محاميه من اجل شهر الدعاوى القضائية العقارية ، ثم تناولنا الآثار المترتبة عن عملية الشهر العقاري سواء بالنسبة للمدعي أو للمدعى عليه أو الغير. إنجليزية Our discussion topic generally speaks about the nature of the real estate litigation month and the deposit of the real estate lawsuit petition for its month at the Real Estate Department and the consequences thereof.
