Abstract

This study examined the impact of banking governance on enhancing the reliability of financial reports. We have dropped this on the agencies operating in the mandate of Medea through three integrated chapters. In the first chapter, we discussed the theoretical framework of bank governance by mentioning the model of good governance and its mechanisms. , And completed this study by field manipulation using a questionnaire prepared for this purpose by the banking agencies under study and processed with the spss.v21 program.
