Abstract

This study aimed to demonstrate the role of the venture capital technology for financing small and medium enterprises in Algeria, where despite all the characteristics of small and medium enterprises, they suffer from great difficulties, especially their activities and related to financing. , Because it is limited to financing some of the stages that small and medium-sized enterprises go through, such as the preconstruction or launch stage, which is characterized by high risks through the support provided by venture capital companies. The results showed its successes by not only providing the necessary funds like other financing methods. As well as by providing expertise, organization and even management. However, this industry is still somewhat recent in Algeria. It must be promoted through activating the venture capital market, providing the appropriate investment climate, as well as overcoming the obstacles it faces.
