| dc.description | إن فكرة الحماية الدولية للمبعوثين الدبلوماسيين والتي ترتبط ارتباط وثيق بمفهوم سيادة الدولة تعتبر مسألة الحماية الدولية للمبعوثين الدبلوماسيين ذات بعد تاريخي وحضاري وقانوني، ويعد أي اعتداء يؤدي بدوره إلى اختلال التوازن الدولي للسلم والأمن الدولي، ويؤدي إلى انتهاك حقوقهم وحقوق دولتهم، لذا ظهرت المسؤولية الدولية الجنائية كأحد دعائم الحماية لهذا الحق ومساءلة مرتكبي الجرائم والانتهاكات بحق هذه الفئة. يعتبر موضوع بحثنا المتمثل في: المسؤولية الدولية عن انتهاك حقوق وحصانات المبعوثين الدبلوماسيين موضوع هام جدا بالنسبة للتطورات والتغيرات الحاصلة والتي يعرفها العالم وتشهدها العلاقات الدبلوماسية والتي تحتل أهمية بالغة في مواضيع القانون الدولي سيما الحماية القانونية التي يتمتع بها الذين يمارسون العمل الدبلوماسي بشكل أو بآخر ومما يجعل حمايتهم أولوية ملحة وضرورية الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الدولية ، الحماية الدولية، المبعوثين الدبلوماسيين ، حقوق وحصانات.
