Résumé: تتناول هذه المذكرة دور المؤسسة التشريعية" البرلمان الجزائري" في تشكيل و توجيه السياسة الخارجية وفقا لما يمليه التعديل الدستوري 2020 وكيف ساهم هذا الدستور في هذا الدور ، حيث تم مناقشة الإطار النظري و المفاهيمي للسياسة الخارجية في الفصل الأول و الفصل الثاني تم تناول الفواعل التي لها أثر في رسم السياسة الخارجية في الجزائر و التي ترتكز على السلطة التنفيذية ممثلة في رئيس الجمهورية و كذا وزير الخارجية بالإضافة إلى تناول البرلمان كتعريف ثم إبراز الدور الذي يقوم به وهو التشريع و كيف يؤثر على السياسة الخارجية عن طريق المناقشة لما أقرته له المادة 152 من التعديل الدستوري 2020 وفق ألياته . الكلمات المفتاحية: البرلمان الجزائري، السياسة الخارجية، السلطة التنفيذية. Summary: This memorandum deals with the role of the legislative institution "the Algerian Parliament" in shaping and directingforeignpolicy in accordance with the dictates of the 2020 constitutionalamendment and how this constitution contributed to thisrole, as the theoretical and conceptualframework of foreignpolicywasdiscussed in the first chapter and the second chapterwasaddressed. The factorsthat have an impact on the formulation of foreignpolicy in Algeria, whichisbased on the executiveauthorityrepresented by the President of the Republic as well as the Minister of ForeignAffairs, in addition to dealingwithParliament as a definition and thenhighlighting the roleitplays, whichislegislation and how it affects foreignpolicythrough discussion of what It wasapproved by Article 152 of the 2020 ConstitutionalAmendment in accordance withitsmechanisms Keywords: Algerian Parliament, foreignpolicy, executiveauthority. Résumé: Ce mémorandum traite du rôle de l'institution législative " le Parlement algérien " dans l'élaboration et la direction de la politique étrangère conformément aux préceptes de l'amendement constitutionnel de 2020 et comment cette constitution a contribué à ce rôle, puisque le cadre théorique et conceptuel de la politique étrangère a été discuté dans le premier chapitre et le deuxième chapitre a été abordé. Les facteurs qui ont un impact sur la formulation de la politique étrangère en Algérie, qui repose sur le pouvoir exécutif représenté par le Président de la République ainsi que le Ministre des Affaires étrangères, en plus de traiter du Parlement comme une définition, puis de souligner le rôle qu'il joue, qui est la législation et comment elle affecte la politique étrangère à travers une discussion sur ce qui a été approuvé par l'article 152 de l'amendement constitutionnel de 2020 conformément à ses mécanismes Mots clés : Parlement algérien, politique étrangère, pouvoir exécutif
