سمات الشخصية وجودة الحياة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تمحور الهدف الأساسي للدراسة حول معرفة العلاقة بين سمات الشخصية وجودة الحياة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة المدية، حيث تم طرح الفرضيات التالية:  الأستاذ الجامعي يتسم بمستوى متفاوت من سمات الشخصية.  الأستاذ الجامعي يتمتع بجودة الحياة.  هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سمات الشخصية وجودة الحياة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي. وللتأكد من صحة هذه الفرضيات أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة الأساتذة الجامعيين بالمدية كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية تكونت من 30 أستاذ جامعي من مختلف الجنسين (20) ذكر و (10) انثى تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (27 الى 59) وقد اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لتحقيق اهداف هذه الدراسة وباستعمال عدة وسائل لجمع البيانات وتحليلها تم التوصل الى: -الأستاذ الجامعي يتسم بمستوى متفاوت من سمات الشخصية. -الأستاذ الجامعي يتمتع بجودة الحياة. _ هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سمات الشخصية وجودة الحياة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي. Study summary: The primary objective of the study revolved around knowing the relationship between personality traits and quality of life among university professors at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences in Medina, where the following hypotheses were put forward: -There is a statistically significant relationship between personality traits and the quality of life of a university professor. -The university professor enjoys the quality of life. The university professor is characterized by a varying level of personality traits. To verify the validity of these hypotheses, this study was conducted on a sample of university professors in Medina, College of Humanities and Social Sciences. It consisted of 30 university professors of different genders (20 males and 10 females, whose ages ranged from (30 to 57). We adopted the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of this study. Using several methods to collect and analyze data, we arrived at: -There is a statistically significant relationship between personality traits and the quality of life of a university professor. -The university professor enjoys the quality of life. -The university professor has a varying level of personality traits.
