Abstract

This research aims to know the extent to which the dimensions of strategic management reflect on achieving organizational creativity in the Tax Directorate of the state of Medea, and to present suggestions that in turn contribute to strengthening the concept of strategic management in the Tax Directorate of the state of Medea. The community, which reached 150 workers, so that we distributed 50 questionnaires and they were valid for analysis, and by means of the statistical program Spss, the data obtained was analyzed, and at the end of the research we reached a set of results, the most important of which are:  There is approval by the study sample that the Tax Directorate depends on the dimensions of strategic management, and this is individually and entirely.  There is agreement from the sample of the study that the Tax Directorate depends on the dimensions of organizational creativity this is individually and entirely.  There are no statistically significant differences about the contribution of strategic management to enhancing organizational creativity in the organization due to the variables: "gender, age, years of experience, educational level" at the level of statistical morale = 0.05. Based on the results, we concluded from the research to a set of suggestions, the most important of which are:  The Directorate must practice the concept of strategic management with administrative leaders and all employees, to achieve its strategic goals.  The Directorate should pay attention to the application of strategic management dimensions to increase its availability in it, because of its many advantages that benefit the Directorate and its members.  The Directorate must harness the available capabilities to sponsor creative initiatives by all employees.  The directorate should introduce incentive systems, which include measures of employees' creative abilities and traits.
