التوجيه اَلمدرسي وَعلاقته بَالتسرَب اَلمدرسي لَدى عَيَنة مَنَ التلاميذ اَلمُتسرَبين اَلمُوَجهين لَلتكوين اَلمهني

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا هذه إلى البحث عن العلاقة بين التوجيه المدرسي و التسرب المدرسي وكانت فرضيات الدراسة تتمحور كما يلي: الفرضية العامة تنص على أنه توجد علاقة بين التسرب المدرسي و التوجيه المدرسي لدى أفراد عينة المتسربين الموجهين للتكوين المهني،أما الفرضيتين الجزئيتين: فالأولى تنص على أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوجيه و التسرب تعزى لعامل الجنس لدى عينة المتسربين الموجهين للتكوين المهني،و الفرضية الجزئية الثانية تنص على أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لعامل التخصص لدى أفراد عينة المتسربين الموجهين للتكوين المهني .وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي الملائم في البحوث النفسية الإجتماعية كما إعتمدنا اسبيان التوجيه المدرسي واستبيان التسرب المدرسي من اعداد الباحثتان كانت عينة الدراسة مكونة من 72 متربص و متربصة في التكوين المهني. و قد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أنه توجد علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوجيه المدرسي و التسرب المدرسي لدى المتسربين الموجهين للتكوين المهني . - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين التوجيه و التسرب المدرسي تعزى بمتغير الجنس لدى المتسربين الموجهين للتكوين المهني . -لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين التوجيه المدرسي و التسرب المدرسي حسب التخصص علمي - أدبي لدى المتسربين الموجهين للتكوين المهني . Our study aimed to invenstigate the relationship between school guidance and school dropout. For this، the hypotheses of the study focus on a general hypothesis which states the existence of a relationship between school dropout and school guidance at the level of the sample of dropouts oriented to vocational training، and two partial hypotheses، the first of which states that there are statistically significant differences between guidance and dropout attributed to the male-female sex factor at the level of the sample of dropouts oriented to training، and the second partial hypothesis which states that there are statistically significant differences attributed to the specialization factor at the level of the sample of dropouts oriented to vocational training. Thus، we opted for the correlative descriptive approach adopted in psychosocial research. As for the questionnaires; we have adopted those prepared by ourselves. The study sample consisted of 72 trainees of both sexes in vocational training. The results of the study revealed that there is a statistically significant correlation between school guidance and school dropout among dropouts oriented to vocational training. There are no statistically significant differences between guidance and dropping out of school due to the variable sex، male female among dropouts oriented to vocational training. There are no statistically significant differences between school guidance and dropping out according to scientific-literary specialty among dropouts oriented towards vocational training. Notre étude visite à étudier la relation entre l'orientation scolaire et le décrochage scolaire. Pour cela، les hypothèses de l'étude axent sur une hypothèse générale qui énonce l’existence d’une relation entre le décrochage scolaire et l'orientation scolaire au niveau de l'échantillon de décrocheurs orientés à la formation professionnelle، et deux hypothèses partielles dont la première énonce qu'il existe des différences statistiquement significatives entre orientation et décrochage attribuées au facteur sexe male femelle au niveau de l'échantillon de décrocheurs orientés à la formation، et la seconde hypothèse partielle qui énonce qu'il existe statistiquement des différences significatives attribuées au facteur de spécialisation au niveau de l'échantillon de décrocheurs orientés à la formation professionnelle. Ainsi، nous avons opté pour l'approche descriptive corrélative adoptée en recherche psychosociale. Quant aux questionnaires ; nous avons adopté ceux préparés par nous mêmes. L'échantillon d'étude était composé de 72 stagiaires des deux sexes en formation professionnelle. Les résultats de l'étude ont révélé qu'il existe une corrélation statistiquement significative entre l'orientation scolaire et le décrochage scolaire parmi les décrocheurs orientés à la formation professionnelle. Il n’existe pas des différences statistiquement significatives entre l'orientation et décrochage scolaire dû à la variable sexe، male femelle parmi les décrocheurs orientés à la formation professionnelle. Il n’existe pas des différences statistiquement significatives entre l'orientation scolaire et le décrochage selon la spécialité scientifique-littéraire parmi les décrocheurs orientés vers la formation professionnelle.
