Abstract

This study aims to find out the extent to which empowerment contributes to the promotion of organizational citizenship in the Tax Directorate of Medea state, and to make suggestions that in turn contribute to the strengthening of the concept of empowerment in the Tax Directorate of the State of Medea, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach of the study community was used and the use of questionnaire to survey opinions from the community of 150 workers, so that we distributed 45 questionnaires that were valid for analysis, and through the spss statistical program the data obtained were analysed, and we reached at the end of the study to A set of results, the most important of which are: There is approval by the study sample that the Tax Directorate depends on the dimensions of empowerment and this individually and holistically and there is approval by the study sample that the Tax Directorate depends on the dimensions of organizational citizenship and this individually and entirely.
