يعتبر الذكاء الاصطناعي من التكنولوجيات الناشئة التي أسفرت عن الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على آثر تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي في مكافحة الفساد وبشكل خاص إبراز مدى مساهمة تطبيق تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي في مكافحة الفساد. وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تم التوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي احد العلوم الحديثة الناتجة عن اللقاءات التكنولوجية بين الثورة التكنولوجية المعاصرة في مجال علم النظم والحاسب هدفه فهم الذكاء الاصطناعي وطبيعة عمله عبر ابتكار برامج الحاسوب القادر على محاكاة الذكاء البشري، واليوم أصبحت عدة دول تعتمد اعتماداً كبيراً على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بل هناك تسابق دولي في هذا المجال، وذلك لنجاح تجارب عدة دول بتوظيف تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي في مكافحة الفساد. حيث أن تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي ستكون في المستقبل القريب من ابرز الأدوات التي سيكون لها الأثر الكبير في مكافحة الفساد، وذلك بسبب قدرته على الكشف عن الأنماط المختفية في المجموعات الكبيرة من البيانات، التي ليس من الممكن للإنسان إدارتها و تتبعها. Résumé : L'intelligence artificielle est l'une des technologies émergentes issues de la quatrième révolution industrielle. L'étude vise à mettre en lumière l'impact de la technologie de l'intelligence artificielle dans la lutte contre la corruption, et en particulier à mettre en évidence la mesure dans laquelle l'application de la technologie de l'intelligence artificielle contribue à la lutte contre la corruption. En s'appuyant sur l'approche descriptive et analytique, on est parvenu à la conclusion que la technologie de l'intelligence artificielle est l'une des sciences modernes résultant des rencontres technologiques entre la révolution technologique contemporaine dans le domaine des systèmes et de l'informatique visant à comprendre l'intelligence artificielle et la nature de son travail à travers la création de programmes informatiques capables de simuler l'intelligence humaine, et aujourd'hui plusieurs pays sont devenus très dépendants des techniques d'intelligence artificielle, et il y a une course internationale dans ce domaine, en raison du succès des expériences de plusieurs pays en employant la technologie de l'intelligence artificielle dans la lutte contre la corruption. Dans un avenir proche, la technologie de l'intelligence artificielle sera l'un des outils les plus importants qui aura un impact considérable sur la lutte contre la corruption, en raison de sa capacité à détecter des modèles cachés dans de vastes ensembles de données, qu'il n'est pas possible pour les humains de gérer et de suivre. Abstract : Artificial intelligence is one of the emerging technologies that resulted from the fourth industrial revolution, as the study aims to shed light on the impact of artificial intelligence technology in combating corruption, and in particular to highlight the extent to which the application of artificial intelligence technology contributes to the fight against corruption. By relying on the descriptive and analytical approach, a conclusion was reached that artificial intelligence technology is one of the modern sciences resulting from technological encounters between the contemporary technological revolution in the field of systems and computer science aimed at understanding artificial intelligence and the nature of its work through the creation of computer programs capable of simulating human intelligence, and today several countries have become highly dependent on artificial intelligence techniques, and there is even an international race in this field, due to the success of the experiences of several countries by employing artificial intelligence technology in the fight against corruption. As artificial intelligence technology will be in the near future one of the most prominent tools that will have a great impact in the fight against corruption, due to its ability to detect hidden patterns in large sets of data, which is not possible for humans to manage and track.
