في الجزائر مخالفات التعمير تشير الى الانتهاكات التي ترتكب فيما يتعلق بالبناء و التعمير بدون الحصول على التراخيص اللازمة من السلطات المختصة تتضمن هذه المخالفات البناء بدون رخصة و البناء الغير مطابق والهدم بدون رخصة و كذلك التجاوزات في البناء على الحدود و الممتلكات العامة حيث عمل المشرع الجزائري على ضبط هذه المخالفات من خلال عدة آليات من بينها التفتيش و المراقبة ، القوانين و التشريعات ،الإزالة و الهدم والغرامات المالية بالإضافة الى ذلك هناك جهود لتوعية المواطن بأهمية الامتثال للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها. الكلمات المفتاحية : مخالفات البناء ،التهيئة و التعمير ،شرطة العمران . Abstract: In Alegria, construction violations refer to violations committed in relation to construction and reconstruction without obtaining the necessary permits from the competent authorities. These violations include construction without a permit, non-conforming construction, and demolition without a permit, as well as violations in construction on borders and public property, as the Algerian legislator worked on These violations are controlled through several mechanisms, including inspection and monitoring, laws and legislation, removal and demolition, and financial fines. Résumé : En Algérie, les infractions en matière de construction font référence aux violations commises en matière de construction et de reconstruction sans obtenir les permis nécessaires auprès des autorités compétentes. Ces violations comprennent la construction sans permis, la construction non conforme et la démolition sans permis, ainsi que les violations en matière de construction. sur les frontières et la propriété publique, comme le législateur algérien a travaillé.
