دور القيادة الإدارية في فعالية المنظمة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف الدور الذي تلعبه القيادة الإدارية في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية داخل الخدمات الجامعية لولاية المدية. تم ذلك من خلال التركيز على تحليل مدى تأثير القيادة الإدارية على تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية من خلال استبيانات كأداة لجمع البيانات. تمت الدراسة خلال السنة الجامعية 2024، حيث تم اختيار عينة تضم 40 عاملاً في الخدمات الجامعية لولاية المدية وتم جمع البيانات بطريقة شاملة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يُظهر الاهتمام بالجانب الإنساني داخل المؤسسة نتائج إيجابية والتفاهم بين المسؤولين، مما يعزيز تطوير الخدمات جامعية لولاية المدية. مشاركة العمال في اتخاذ القرارات وإبداء آرائهم واقتراحاتهم، وبناء الثقة المتبادلة بين والمسؤولين، الدي يساهم في استمرارية المؤسسة وتعزيز فعاليتها. This study aimed to explore the role of administrative leadership in achieving organizational effectiveness within the university residence of Médéa State. This was done by focusing on analyzing the extent of the impact of administrative leadership on achieving organizational effectiveness through questionnaires as a data collection tool. The study was conducted during the academic year 2024, where a sample of 40 employees in a university residence in Médéa State was selected, and data was collected comprehensively to achieve the study's objectives. The study concluded the following: Showing interest in the human aspect within the institution yields positive results and fosters understanding among officials, thus contributing to the development of the university residence in Médéa State. Employee involvement in decision-making, expressing their opinions and suggestions, and building mutual trust between employees and officials contribute to the continuity and enhancement of the institution's effectiveness.
