Abstract
The global economy hit by a serious financial crisis, and perhaps the most
important of the recent financial crisis suffered by the United States, and that contagion
moved to European countries, and even developing countries.
The sharp drop in borrowing costs has led to a boom in the latter, it resulted in high growth
rates, along with the accumulation of more debt to the governments of the euro zone.
To explode so the debt crisis in late 2009 and early 2010, after Greece's inability to pay its
debts, and be the first to sound the alarm about the debt crisis in the euro zone, to threaten that
stability is not only the economies of the EU countries, but the global economy as a whole,
including the developing countries.
The Maghreb countries more than developing countries hit by the crisis, due to link
their economies a large proportion of the European economy.
