Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة دور الخدمات الارشادية في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر الاساتذة، و قد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، کما قمنا بتوزيع الاستبيان بثانويتين ثانوية "خديجة بن روسي " و ثانوية "خالد بن زميرلي "، و بعد التأكد من صدق و ثبات الاداة، تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من 88 استاذ و استاذة التعليم الثانوي مدية، واختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية و بعد معالجة البيانات احصائيا باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss 27). توصلنا الى النتائج التالية: - تساهم الخدمات الارشادية بدرجة متوسطة في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر الاساتذة . - هناك تفاوت في درجة مساهمة ابعاد الخدمات الارشادية في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر الاساتذة وهذا التفاوت كان لصالح لبعد الخدمات التربوية. - لا توجد فروق في درجة مساهمة الخدمات الارشادية في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر الاساتذة تعزى الى متغير الجنس . - توجد فروق في درجة مساهمة الخدمات الارشادية في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر الاساتذة تعزى الى متغير المستوى العلمي. - لا توجد فروق في درجة مساهمة الخدمات الارشادية في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي في المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر الاساتذة تعزى الى متغير الاقدامية . Study summary: The study aimed to find out the role of counseling services in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout at the secondary stage from the point of view of teachers. The descriptive approach was used in the study. We distributed a questionnaire in two secondary schools, “Khadija Ben Rossi” and “Khaled Bin zemirli,” and after to ensure the validity and reliability of the tool, it was applied to a sample of 88 male and female secondary education teachers in some high schools in the city of Medea. The sample was chosen randomly and after processing the data statistically using the statistical program for social sciences (SPSS). We reached the following results: - Guidance services contribute to a moderate degree in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout at the secondary level from the point of view of teachers. - There is a difference in the degree to which the dimensions of counseling services contribute to reducing the phenomenon of school dropout at the secondary level from the point of view of teachers. - There are no differences in the degree to which guidance services contribute to reducing the phenomenon of school dropout at the secondary level from the point of view of teachers due to the gender variable. - There are differences in the degree to which guidance services contribute to reducing the phenomenon of school dropout in the secondary stage from the point of view of teachers, attributed to the educational level variable. - There are no differences in the degree to which guidance services contribute to reducing the phenomenon of school dropout in the secondary stage from the point of view of teachers due to the seniority variable
