ملخص يلعب الديوان الوطني للأوقاف والزكاة دورًا محوريًا في استثمار الأملاك الوقفية في الجزائر، حيث يعمل على تطوير وتنمية هذه الأملاك بما يحقق أهداف الوقف الشرعية والاجتماعية. يقوم الديوان بإعداد الدراسات الفنية والاقتصادية للمشاريع الوقفية، وتأجير وتسيير الأملاك بطريقة احترافية تضمن عائدًا مستدامًا. كما يشجع الشراكة مع القطاعين العام والخاص لاستغلال الأوقاف في مجالات السكن، الصحة، التعليم، والخدمات. يهدف هذا الاستثمار إلى الحفاظ على الأملاك الوقفية من التدهور، وتحقيق تنمية اجتماعية واقتصادية تعود بالنفع على الفئات المحتاجة، بما ينسجم مع مقاصد الوقف الإسلامي. الكلمات المفتاحية :الديوان الوطني للأوقاف والزكاة، استثمار الأملاك الوقفية التسيير المركزي Résumé : l'investissement immobilier en Waqfs en Algérie, œuvrant à leur développement et à leur valorisation afin d'atteindre les objectifs juridiques et sociaux des Waqfs. L'Office prépare les études techniques et économiques des projets de Waqfs, loue et gère les biens immobiliers avec professionnalisme pour garantir des rendements durables. Il encourage également les partenariats avec les secteurs public et privé afin d'utiliser les Waqfs dans les domaines du logement, de la santé, de l'éducation et des services. Cet investissement vise à préserver les Waqfs de la dégradation et à favoriser un développement social et économique au bénéfice des plus démunis, conformément aux objectifs des Waqfs islamiques. The Office prepares technical and economic studies for endowment projects and leases and manages properties in a professional manner that ensures sustainable returns. It also encourages partnerships with the public and private sectors to utilize endowments in the areas of housing, health, education, and services. This investment aims to preserve endowment properties from deterioration and achieve social and economic development that benefits the needy, in line with the objectives of Islamic endowments.
