| dc.description | نهدف من خلال الدراسة التعرف على دور الحزب السياسي في الحياة الديمقراطية المعاصرة، فهي تنشأ كمتنفس للأفراد و الجماعات، تحاول من خلال ذلك إيجاد طريقها لا للتعبير فقط عن كل ما تجمعه وما تدعو إليه، بل كذلك تجسد دعواتها وتطبيقاتها أو محاولة ذلك للوصول إلى مراكز السلطة، بطريقة حضارية وسلمية من أجل تجنب العنف و أثاره. وأيضا نهدف إلى البحث في الإطارالقانوني المنظم للأحزاب السياسية من خلال القانون العضوي رقم 04/12 المتعلق بالأحزاب السياسية و التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأحزاب السياسية _ الإطار القانوني _ التعددية _ الأحادية. Abstract : Through this study, we aim to understand the role of political parties in contemporary democracy. They serve as an outlet for individuals and groups, seeking not only to express their collective beliefs and calls but also to embody and implement their agendas, or attempt to do so, to attain positions of power in a civilized and peaceful manner, thereby avoiding violence and its consequences. Additionally, our objective includes researching the legal framework regulating political parties, as outlined in Organic Law No. 04/12 concerning political parties and the constitutional amendment of 2020. Keywords : political parties _ legal framework _ pluralism _ monism. Résumé : Nous visons à travers cette étude à identifier le rôle du parti politique dans la vie démocratique contemporaine. Il émergecomme un exutoire pour les individus et les groupes, essayant ainsi de trouver sa voie non seulement pour exprimer tout ce qu'il rassemble et prône, mais aussi pour concrétiser ses appels et applications ou tenter de le faire afin d'accéder aux centres de pouvoir, de manière civilisée et pacifique pour éviter la violence et ses effets. Nous visons également à explorer le cadre juridique régissant les partis politiques à travers la loi organique n° 04/12 relative aux partis politiques et la révision constitutionnelle de 2020.
