Abstract

Aloqsadah institution is facing many challenges associated with decision-making as a result of witnessing its internal environment and the external of the rapid developments and deep at all levels, and this is what led to the changing external environment conditions and heightened competition, which kept her from improving the governance and internal tools as in line with these new conditions and this in order to provide information to help make a decision. The most important modern management tools to institutions, we find the financial information system which allows the provision of financial information and financial assistance to take in both its financing and investment decisions. And to familiarize themselves with the full needs of the subject we have divided it into two parts, the first theoretical and the other fields so that has applied study on the level of the distribution companies and the transfer of electricity and gas, so accomplished at the level of financial interest and accounting through an investment profile for the year 2013 analysis, in order to show the extent of adoption the company's financial information system in making investment decisions. The most important result of our findings that there is no investment decisions effective without efficient financial system, and for this we recommend the need to produce high-quality information according to standards that allow the achievement of the organization's goals.
