Abstract

The objective of of this research is to measure the impact of fiscal policy on economic growth outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria, and for this purpose, the ARDL model was used, and based on annual time series data covering the period (1980-2019), we concluded that there is a mutual integration relationship Among the variables of the study (the internal output outside the hydrocarbon sector, public revenues, public spending), the study results also showed that economic growth outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria depends on public spending in the long term, while in the short term the results showed t hat there is a statistically significant relationship of a nature The positive relationship between economic growth outside the hydrocarbon sector and public revenues
