الحركات الاحتجاجية العمالية وتأثيرها في عملية الإنتاج

Abstract

المستخلص: -تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى فهم التوترات العمالية وأسبابها وتحسين بيئة العمل، والتطرق لبعض دلالاته، فمصطلح الحركات الاحتجاجية العمالية شمل العديد من التوجهات والمطالب. ويعود الدور المتزايد لتكنولوجيا الاتصال ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في نقل تجارب هذه الحركات وإبراز مطالبها. قمنا بإجراء دراسة شاملة لفهم العوامل التي تساهم في ظهور حركات الاحتجاج بين عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز، وكذلك قمنا بتحليل المخرجات باستعمال برنامج spss.

Abstract: - This study seeks to understand labor tensions and their causes, improve the work environment, and address some of its implications. The term labor protest movements included many trends and demands. The growing role of communication technology and social media is due to conveying the experiences of these movements and highlighting their demands. We conducted a comprehensive study to understand the factors that contribute to the emergence of protest movements among Sonelgaz workers, and we also analyzed the outputs using the spss program.
