Abstract

Our study aims to determine the impact of the independence of the central Bank on monetary policy performance through non-traditional financing, for it touched on the concept of monetary policy and various paraphernalia, its objectives and the relationship between monetary policy and the independence of the central Bank, as the central Bank is Responsible for drawing and implementing monetary policy this study aims to identify the role of the central Bank’s independence in monetary policy, and performance improvement at last to the reality of the performance of the Bank of Algeria according to criteria of independence as legislative texts for modern banking system the period 2000/2018. Reached through this study that the independence of the Bank of Algeria stemmed largely from legal independence granted by the executive authorities
