Abstract

عد شركة المساهمة البسيطة من أحدث أشكال الشركات التجارية في عصرنا الحالي، وتأتي الجزائر ضمن قائمة الدول التي تبنت هذا النوع من الشركات التجارية كأحد الأشكال القانونية المتاحة في مجال الاستثمار خاصة بالنسبة للمؤسسات الناشئة بالدرجة الأولى. يأتي توجه المشرع الجزائري، رغم تأخره نحو تكريس نوع جديد من الشركات التجارية تجسيدا لمطابقة الإصلاحات الاقتصادية المقررة من طرف الدولة مع توجهها السياسي والاقتصادي المعتمد والذي يستهدف إرساء مبادئ الشفافية لتحسين مناخ الأعمال، بفضل عصرنة القواعد المتعلقة بالشركات التجارية بما يكرس الشفافية في تسييرها والتصدي للإجراءات المعقدة من خلال محاولة إضفاء البساطة والمرونة عليها. الكلمات المفتاحية: شركة المساهمة البسيطة،للمؤسسات الناشئة، الشركات التجارية The simplified joint stock company is one of the latest forms of commercial companies in our time, and Algeria is among the list of countries that have adopted this type of commercial company as one of the legal forms available in the field of investment, especially for start-ups in the first place.
