Abstract

Today, the world lives in conditions characterized by change and instability. This is due to several considerations, the most important of which are the level of competition and the huge amount of information flow in various traditional and digital means and the development of means of communication. This study aims to identify the role of the knowledge economy in the development of human resources management in the organization Plans and milestones for their future, by having a scientifically qualified human resource to cope with changes in technology, and to enhance these opportunities. To provide a clear picture of this impact, a case study was addressed to the Algerian Telecommunications Organization.
