من أخطر الجرائم التي تهدم المجتمع هي جريمة الخيانة الزوجية ( الزنا ) و في هذه المذكرة تم التطرق إلى هذه الأخيرة من الناحية الشرعية و القانونية و إلى الأركان الواجب توفرها في الجريمة و إجراءات تحريك الدعوى و طرق إثبات الجريمة و العقوبة المقررة لها لحماية الفرد من التشتت و الأسرة من التفكك و المجتمع من الإنحلال الخلقي . الكلمات المفتاحية: الخيانة الزوجية، تحريك الدعوى، طرق إثبات. Summary: One of the most dangerous crimes that destroy society is the crime of marital infidelity (adultery). In this memorandum, this issue has been addressed from a religious and legal perspective, including the necessary elements for constituting the crime, the procedures for initiating legal action, the methods of proving the crime, and the prescribed punishment to protect the individual from disintegration, the family from breakdown, and society from moral decay. Dans ce mémoire, cette infraction a été abordée d'un point de vue juridique et religieux, ainsi que les éléments nécessaires pour constituer le crime, les procédures d'engagement de l'action et les méthodes de preuve, et la peine prévue pour protéger l'individu de la désunion, la famille de la désintégration et la société de la décadence morale.
