Abstract

The study aims to measure the impact of each of the laws and legislations in encouraging the private sector in order to raise the rate of economic growth in the countries of the Middle East and North Africa represented in (Algeria -Morocco - Tunisia - Egypt - Jordan - Bahrain - Kuwait - Malta - Saudi Arabia - Amman - Lebanon - The Republic of Iran) during an extended period between (1996-2020), using the Panell model, and the results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between laws and legislation and economic growth, and that countries that have strong legislations upon which a rational government is based can achieve higher levels of economic growth
