| dc.description | الثروة الغابية ضرورية لبقاء البشرية لانها الرئة التي تتنفس بها الكرة الأرضية وهي من أكثر النظم الايكولوجية إنتاجية في العالم،وتمتلك الجزائر ثروة غابية هائلة تتميز بتنوع غاباتها مما يستدعي الحفاظ على هذه الثروة من أي اعتداء عليها سواء من الحرائق أو التخريب أو السرقة أو مختلف الجرائم التي تمسها ،لهذا الغرض وضع المشرع الجزائري ترسانة قوية من القوانين وأهمهاإصدار القانون الجديد 23-21 المتعلق بالغابات وحماية الثروة الغابية ويمكن القول أن المشرع الجزائري نجح في إعطاء الحماية الجزائية والأولوية التي تستحقها الثروة الغابية إلى حد بعيد لردع ومواجهة كل أشكال الاعتداء على الثروة الغابية والذي يهدف أيضاإلى تحديد وضبط قواعد وتسيير وحماية وتوسيع وتنمية الثروة الغابية الوطنية في إطار التنمية المستدامة . Summary Forest wealthisnecessary for the survival of humanitybecauseitis the lungthroughwhich the Earthbreathes and itis one of the most productive ecosystems in the world. Algeriapossessesenormousforestwealthcharacterized by the diversity of itsforests, whichrequirespreservingthiswealthfromanyattack on it, whetherfromfires, vandalism, theft, or various crimes thatoccur. For thispurpose, the Algerian legislatorestablished a strong arsenal of laws, the most important of whichis the issuance of the new Law 23-21 related to forests and the protection of forestwealth. It canbesaidthat the Algerian legislatorsucceeded in giving the penal protection and prioritythatforestwealthdeserves to a large extent to deter and confront all forms of assault on forestwealth, which It alsoaims to define and control the rules, management, protection, expansion and development of the national forestwealthwithin the framework of sustainabledevelopment. Résumé La richesse forestière est nécessaire à la survie de l'humanité car elle est le poumon par lequel respire la Terre et c'est l'un des écosystèmes les plus productifs au monde. L'Algérie possède une énorme richesse forestière caractérisée par la diversité de ses forêts, ce qui nécessite de préserver cette richesse. de toute attaque, qu'il s'agisse d'incendies, de vandalisme, de vol ou de délits divers qui pourraient survenir. A cet effet, le législateur algérien a mis en place un solide arsenal de lois, dont la plus importante est la promulgation de la nouvelle loi 23-21 y relative. aux forêts et à la protection des richesses forestières. On peut dire que le législateur algérien a réussi à donner la protection pénale et la priorité que méritent les richesses forestières dans une large mesure pour dissuader et faire face à toutes les formes d'atteinte aux richesses forestières, ce qu'il vise également à définir et contrôler les règles, la gestion, la protection, l'expansion et la mise en valeur de la richesse forestière nationale dans le cadre du développement durable. | |
