واقع الاتصال الرقمي في المؤسسة الجامعية الجزائرية

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الاتصال الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية ، من خلال دراسة حالة بجامعة يحي فارس بالمدية ، حيث تم التركيز على واقع استخدامه و دوافعه داخل الجامعة . تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الاتصال الرقمي كوسيلة فعالة للتفاعل مع المجتمع و العالم الخارجي ، مع تحليل العوائق و النتائج المرتبطة به . و قد تم استخدام أدوات مثل الملاحظة و الاستبيان والمقابلة لجمع البيانات ، وتوضيح العلاقة بين الاتصال الرقمي و الأداء الجامعي من أجل التوصل إلى استنتاجات دقيقة نلخصها فيما يلي : - هناك استخدام للاتصال الرقمي داخل الجامعة ، على الرغم من وجود صعوبات و عراقيل ترافق هذا الاستعمال ، كما أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمي سهلت عملية التواصل بين مختلف الفاعلين بالجامعة . This study addresses the topic of digital communication within the Algerian university , through a case study at Yahia Fares University in Médéa . It aims to focus on the reality of its use and the internal and external motivations behind it , with an analysis highlighying the importance of digital communication as an effective tool for intraction with society and the outside world . The study relied on tools such as observation , questionnaire , and interview to collect data , in order to draw percise conclusion about the relationship between digital communication and university performance . In summary , it can be said that : There is a use of digital communication within the university, despite the existence of some difficulties and obstacles that accompany its application . moreover , digital communication technology has facilitated the communication process between various university actores .
