Abstract

This study to highlight the role played by social responsibility in improving the performance of the Companies, and to achieve the objectives of the study we have prepared our questionnaire, the 31 questionnaires where distributed to the workers of the companies, for the purpose of identifying the reality of the company adopting the dimensions of social responsibility and the performance of the economic company and relying on it to evaluate the performance of the institution as a whole, and to know the relationship between the variables of the head, social responsibility As an independent variable and performance as a dependent variable, and to test the hypotheses of dr.
