استحدث المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري في التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 هيئة استشارية، أطلق عليها اسم المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني ،كهيئة استشارية لدى رئيس الجمهورية، وإطار للحوار والتشاور والإ'قتراح والتحليل ،والاشراف في كل القضايا المتعلقة بالمجتمع المدني ،وهي هيئة إستشارية في كل القضايا المتعلقة بالمجتمع المدني ، وهي تتمتع بالإستقلال المالي وبالشحصية المعنوية ،حددها المرسوم الرئاسي 23ـ349المعدل والمتمم للمرسوم الرئاسي 21ـ139 الذي حدد مهامه وسيره وتشكيلته وتنظيمه ،لضمان حماية حقوق الأفراد. الكلمات المفتاحية: المجتمع المدني ، حقوق الإنسان ، المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني . Summary In the constitutional amendment of 2020, the Algerian Constitutional Institution created an advisory body, called the National Observatory for Civil Society, as an advisory body to the President of the Republic, and a framework for dialogue, consultation, proposal, analysis, and supervision in all issues related to civil society.
