dc.description.abstract	This study aims to highlight the importance and effectiveness of using the Altman and Sherrod models in predicting the financial failure of Saidal institution during the period 2017-2020 to give early warning in disclosing the likelihood of bankruptcy. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the two models were applied based on the institution's financial statements and the most important financial indicators. Thus, the study found that the two models are effective in predicting the future financial failure of Saidal institution during the period studied, 100% is needed	fr_FR
