L’étude de la diversité des communautés bactériennes endophytiques des graines de l’orge commun de l’Algérie

Abstract

In a study to isolate endophytic bacteria from barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) grown in the Minya-Ghardaia region. We studied the intensity, diversity and performance of society Seeds of bacterial granulation. We isolated 102 isolates and using a selective medium, a stain gram and test of an oxidase, we chose 10 strains that were probably counterfeited. Its morphological, physiological and chemical characterization allowed us to determine that our strains had a PGPR strength and a strong resistance to abiotic and biological stress. Our chemical identification in the API gallery allowed us to find: Four strains such as Pseudomonas luteola, three strains of Burkholderia cepacia, two strains of Aeromonas hydrophila and one strain of Agrobacterium radiobacter
