Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تتمحور دراستنا هذه حول دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تحقيق فعالية الأداء المؤسساتي، والتي تهدف إلى التعرف على تحيد العلاقة بين الاتصال التنظيمي وفعالية الأداء المؤسساتي في مؤسسة نفطال فرع المدية. استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأنسب لهاته الظاهرة لجمع معلومات شاملة وتحليلية عن الظاهرة قيد الدراسة، كما اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بموضوعنا، ولقد اعتمدنا على العينة القصدية. أظهرت الدراسة والتحليل أن الاتصال التنظيمي يشكل ركيزة أساسية في مؤسسة سونطراك فرع المدية، مع وجود بعض التحديات ونقص في البنية التحتية، حيث يلعب دورا رئيسيا في التواصل الفعال وتسيير تبادل المعلومات بين المؤسسة والعملاء. The focus of Our study organizational communication in achieving effective instutional perfomance, witch aims to identify relationship between organizational communication and perfomance effectiveness institution at the corporation, Medea branch. We used descriptive analyticol method as the most appropirate for this phenomenon to collect comprehensive and analytical information about the phenomenon under study, we also relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool fir collection information related to Our topic, and we relied on the purposive sample. The study and analysis shwed That organizational communication constitutes a Fundamentals pillar in the sonatrach corporaion, Medea Branch, witch some challenges and a lack of infrastructure, as it plays a major role in effective communication and facilitating the exchange of information between the organization and customers.
