Abstract

After the success of Islamic banks in the world, especially in light of the financial crisis, which prompted the traditional banks to search for an alternative, which was embodied in Islamic banking as a strategic alternative and through our research, it became clear to us that Algeria is looking for a new experience by opening branches and windows for Islamic transactions in its commercial banks to meet the wishes of its customers and clients, and comparing the leading international experiences of Malaysia and the UAE in opening branches and windows for Islamic transactions, to reach the level of Malaysia and the UAE as successful experie nces that proved that relying on the method of Islamic branches and windows is a successful and encouraging step towards transforming into an existing Islamic bank. However, Islamic banking in Algeria and despite the government’s betting on it in recent years to absorb the money that circulate the country, it still faces many difficulties ingaining more spaces in the banking feild. It is undeniable that there are movements at this level, but they are few for a country with the size of Algeria.
