جائت الدراسة لتتناول النظام القانوني لادماج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المجال الاجتماعي ويتحدد هذا النظام القانوني لإدماج هذه الفئة بالسياسات والبرامج التي تهدف إلى تحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي كما يسعى النظام القانوني إلى تعزيز الوعي بحقوق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وضمان حمايتهم من التمييز ، إن تمكين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من الاندماج اجتماعيا يختلف من حيث النوعية والدرجة من مجتمع إلى آخر وفق مجموعة من المتغيرات منها : مستوى تقدم ونمو المجتمع وكذلك المستوى الثقافي ، وأن تمكين المعوقين من الاندماج إنما يتم من خلال اقرار بمجموعة من الحقوق الاجتماعية من جانب الدولة وكافة شرائح المجتمع ، تلك الحقوق التي يتخذها الباحث كمؤشرات لمعرفة مستوى الاندماج. الكلمات المفتاحية: ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ، الاندماج الاجتماعي .
