الخلفيات السوسيوثقافية لتشكيل عصابات الأحياء

Abstract

تتناول هذه المذكرة ظاهرة عصابات الأحياء من منظور سوسيولوجي، وتركز بشكل خاص على الخلفيات السوسيوثقافية التي تساهم في تشكل هذه العصابات داخل الأحياء الحضرية المهمّشة. تنطلق الدراسة من فرضيتين أساسيتين:

أن التهميش الاجتماعي والاقتصادي يشكل بيئة خصبة لظهور عصابات الأحياء.

أن الثقافة المحلية وقيم مثل القوة والرجولة والولاء للجماعة تؤدي دورًا مهمًا في بناء الهوية الجماعية لهذه العصابات.

اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي، بالإضافة إلى عمل ميداني استند إلى استبيان موجه لعينة من الشباب القاطنين في أحياء شعبية. كشفت النتائج أن غياب فرص العمل، والتفكك الأسري، وانهيار المنظومة القيمية الرسمية، كلها عوامل تمهد الطريق نحو الانخراط في جماعات منحرفة. كما بينت الدراسة أن الرموز الثقافية مثل اللباس، اللغة الجسدية، والموسيقى تلعب دورًا في تعزيز الانتماء داخل العصابة.

توصلت المذكرة إلى أن مواجهة هذه الظاهرة يتطلب مقاربة شاملة تتضمن إصلاحات اجتماعية وثقافية، وليس فقط حلولًا أمنية. This thesis explores the phenomenon of street gangs from a sociological perspective, with a particular focus on the socio-cultural backgrounds that contribute to their formation in marginalized urban neighborhoods. The study is based on two main hypotheses:

Social and economic marginalization creates a fertile ground for the emergence of gangs.

Local cultural values—such as masculinity, loyalty, and the glorification of power—play a crucial role in shaping the collective identity of gangs.

Using a descriptive-analytical approach along with fieldwork through a questionnaire targeting young residents of disadvantaged neighborhoods, the findings reveal that lack of employment opportunities, family disintegration, and the collapse of formal value systems pave the way for youth involvement in deviant groups. Cultural symbols such as clothing, body language, and music reinforce group identity and cohesion within gangs.

The thesis concludes that effectively addressing the phenomenon requires a holistic strategy that includes social and cultural reforms, not merely security-oriented solutions
