| dc.description | تطرق موضوع جريمة المساس بنزاهة الإمتحانات و المسابقات إلى دراسة مجموعة من النقاط ، و المتمثلة بداية في تبيين صور الجريمة و إستعرض البحث أربعة صور تتمثل في ، نشر و تسريب مواضيع و أجوبة الإمتحانات ، الغش الإمتحاني ، إنتحال صفة مترشح و التلاعب بنتائج الإمتحانات ، وكذا إستعرض البحث أركان الجريمة ، كما يبين مجموعة من الإجراءات الوقائية الخاصة بالجريمة ، ثم قدم البحث بعض صور العقوبات التأديبية المقررة عن مخالفة الإجراءات الوقائية ، قبل الإنتقال إلى بيان إجراءات المتابعة القضائية و إجراءات تحريك الدعوى العمومية ، و أخيرا تطرق البحث إلى العقوبات الجزائية المقررة للجريمة وفقا للتشريع الجزائري . الكلمات المفتاحية :الإمتحانات ، المسابقات ، الغش الإمتحاني Abstract : Our subject the crime of touching the integrity of exams and contests , discussed the study of set of points , first it explained the types of the crime which are four : the publication of the subjects of official exams and the answers , cheating in exams , the replacement of a candidate during a contest and the flasification of contests results . furthermore it presented the elements of the crime and the preventive measures . finally our research mentioned the penalties before passing to the judicial follow -up in algerian legislation. Résumé : Notre sujet le crime de toucher l'integrité des examens et des concours a abordé l'etude d' un ensemble des points .d'abord il a expliqué les images du crime qui sont quatres : la publication des examens officiels et les répenses , la tricherie aux examens , le remplacement d'un candidat lors d'un concours et la flasification des resultats de concours . De plus il a présenté les elements du crime et les mesures préventives . Enfin notre rechechre a evoqué les pénalités avant de passer aux suivi judiciere dans la législation Algerienne.
