Abstract

The study aimed to shed light on the role of intellectual capital in building a learning organization, a case study of the University of Medea, where intellectual capital is the most important and most valuable asset of organizations, especially educated organizations, as a primary source for attracting and manufacturing intellectual capital. It strives to build intellectual capital by combining human, structural and relational capital, but it has not yet reached the formation of a distinct base of intellectual and knowledge assets. It also seeks to develop various mechanisms and indicators for measuring and diagnosing intellectual capital in a way that contributes to supporting the educational process and creating value. .
