Abstract

Despite the novelty of the issue of startups in Algeria and the situation in the world due to the Corona pandemic, Although we know that all institutions in the world have been affected in this period, we decided to present and study this issue. This study aimed to shed light on the efforts made by the Algerian state to support and activate emerging institutions in order to abandon oil dependence and advance the country’s economy, as it is the best solution. To achieve economic diversification and economic growth as a whole, on this basis we have introduced emerging institutions and their support mechanisms and solutions to obstacles to their success, in addition to introducing economic diversification and ways to achieve it, and we have shown how emerging institutions affect its achievement, and we have concluded that economic diversification in Algeria is not a goal in itself but rather It is a mechanism through which sustainable economic development is ensured outside the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria that guarantees the future of current and future generations. Algeria has followed several procedures to create this type of institution, such as the creation of a delegated ministry in addition to agencies to support and promote emerging institutions, and that the emerging institutions in particular and the general enterprise in Algeria are based On the service side
