Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the mechanisms of applying governance in Islamic banks in Al Salam Bank in Algiers. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. It was divided into two parts, which represented the first part in personal and functional characteristics. The second part was divided into three axes, In the general principles of Islamic banks and financial institutions, the second axis is represented in the standards of governance in Islamic banks and the third in the principles and rules of commitment in the bank, where the study included 50 items, and to analyze the data was used statistical package for social life (SPSS)).
