Abstract

This study aims to know the role of social responsibility on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Naftal Corporation, the unit of the city, the study used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool to obtain data, and the study sample was drawn in a random manner, as we distributed 30 questionnaires to the employees of the corporation The study concluded that the main hypothesis was confirmed, which stated that there is a statistically significant effect of social responsibility on the job satisfaction of the employees of the institution under study. Hence, it is necessary to try to create a suitable atmosphere for work, and to improve the salaries of workers.
