ÉVALUATION DES RISQUES DANS L'UNITE DE DEBUTANISEUR ET DE STOCKAGE DE CONDENSAT CONFORME

Abstract

This master's thesis presents a comprehensive risk assessment conducted on the Debutanizer and On-Spec Condensate Storage Unit within a hydrocarbon production facility. The study focuses on identifying potential hazards, evaluating their severity, and proposing effective mitigation measures to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and the environment. The research begins with a theoretical overview of industrial risks, followed by a detailed analysis of the unit in question. Risk assessment tools such as Task Risk Assessment and Permit to Work systems were employed to evaluate operational dangers associated with handling flammable and toxic substances. Additionally ,the study explores the broader impacts of hydrocarbon-related risks: Environmental, Human, Economic The findings highlight the necessity of implementing technical, organizational, and procedural safety measures. Emphasis is also placed on fostering a proactive safety culture and integrating continuous monitoring systems This work contributes to enhancing industrial risk management strategies and encourages the adoption of safer practices in the hydrocarbon sector.
